Stone Keeper 2
Project carried out remotely as part of a group work at E-artsup, based on the universe of my previous game. This project was particularly demanding, as it was conducted in parallel with my studies at IUT and my work-study program at Studio La Moutarde. My role focused on technical continuity and improvement of existing systems, as well as the design of new game and management tools. The project also integrated a more advanced structure around QA, bug tracking, and collaborative work.
Development & Systems
- Reintegration and adaptation of systems from the previous game (gameplay inheritance)
- Development of advanced save system (multi-slot, extensible)
- Implementation of scene management system (dynamic loading, transitions)
- Programming of control peripherals (controller/mouse) with dynamic contextual icon display
Interface & User Experience
- Design and development of user interface (system & graphic UI)
- Creation of menus, navigation, input management, and visual feedback
Tools & QA
- Integration of in-game bug reporting system via Trello (API)
- Active participation in QA phase: detection, reproduction, and bug fixing
- Development of several internal tools to facilitate debugging and project navigation
Organization & Collaboration
- Participation in overall organization: tasks, standardization on Discord, setup of team processes
- Regular communication on technical progress, coordination with artistic and design teams
